Insurule Insurance Agencies Ltd: Ζητείται Secretary/Office Administrator – Λευκωσία

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. General office administration work
  2. Receive and/or direct calls to the person concerned
  3. Occasionally work with company car
  4. Accounting – Synthesis program – Petty cash/banks and other basic accounting works
  5. Insurance – Synthesis insurance program

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in other secretarial position
  2. Fluent in both Greek and English
  3. Team player
  4. High standard of customer service and social and interpersonal skills
  5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  6. Driving License for manual car

Prior experience in other secretarial position will be considered as an advantage.
