HYCM (Europe) Ltd formerly known as FTSL Financial Trading Solutions (CySEC #259/14) is looking to hire. An exciting opportunity has arisen for driven, target orientated individuals to join our Back Office team, based in Limassol, Cyprus. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment with experience in the financial markets. He or she will be goal oriented, self-driven and a team player who works well under pressure.
- Fluent in both written and oral English.
- 1-2 years’ work experience in Back Office or other administrative position.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Candidate should be organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and diligently under pressure.
- Discretion, integrity and reliability are essential
Responsibilities & Duties
- Check and approve client accounts in the Company systems upon reviewing the KYC documentation in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Collecting, filling, reviewing and approving KYC documents.
- Reviewing and approving monetary transactions (deposits and withdrawals) of clients according to company’s policies and procedures.
- Performing continuing client due diligence.
- Assisting in compliance and regulatory supervision and preparing regulator reports.
- Leasing with other departments: Compliance, AML and Customer Support.
- Extracting and issuing reports to compliance officer.
- Other ad-hoc duties as needed.
