OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

P. Harakis Ltd, one of the oldest companies in the field of real estate development and investment activities is seeking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator for their Limassol office.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of an upper second class Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Previous experience as an administrator;
  • Any professional experience in the real estate sector will be considered as an advantage;
  • IT Literate – proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting;
  • Must be proactive, organized, structured and a team player;
  • Well-mannered with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

  • Managing day to day office operations;
  • Assist colleagues and managerial staff;
  • Liaise with all competent Authorities;
  • Assist in the Firm’s budgeting and financial control procedures;
  • Support the sales and marketing team;
  • Communicate effectively with the Company’s associates and clientele;
