POSITION: Sales Account Managers (Code BB7)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support existing clients over the telephone, promote company’s offers, guide clients throughout website and provide training on platforms functionalities
  • Enhance client base and build customer loyalty
  • Offer educational and trading tools to clients
  • Be familiar with all the features and benefits of all BullBinary products, services, promotions and trading platforms
  • High level of understanding of clients’ needs.
  • Ability to assess a client’s level of knowledge
  • Highly motivated to achieve all target goals set

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English or any of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, German
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
