1.  Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  3. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  4. Identifies product/services improvements or new products/services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  5. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  6. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements    

  1. Excellent presentation, client relationship, negotiation, selling to customer needs skills
  2. Excellent communications skills with a range of audience
  3. Experience of forming and maintaining working relationships across professional and operational boundaries.
  4. Apply corporate safety and security policy.
  5. Optimize station administration process and procedures.
  6. Confidentiality is essential.
  7. Protect and advance the company’s reputation.
  8. Must hold a valid driving license.
  9. Certificate of no criminal records.
  10. No military service obligations (in case of male applicants).
  11. BA degree or higher educated in fields of sales, business or any other relevant field.

 

Experience

At least two years of experience in Sales Executive position.

 

Working Conditions

Overtime maybe required from time to time as dictated by the needs of operations.

Position

The role of a Sales Manager is to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Sales manager will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  2. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  3. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  4. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  5. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  6. Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  7. Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  8. Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  11. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status.
  12. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Requirements    

  1. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategyelevant product and industry knowledge
  2. Proven experience in customer relationship management
  3. Knowledge of market research
  4. Excellent negotiation, selling to customer needs, decision making skills
  5. Excellent communications skills with a range of audience, including senior management.
  6. Experience of forming and maintaining working relationships across professional and operational boundaries.
