Gan Direct 24hrs Assistance Controller delivers on our promise to «be there» when customers need us the most after an accident, a breakdown, a flat tyre, dead battery, a problem at home or a health emergency.
As a 24hrs Assistance Controller, you will:
• Perform effective solution within the International Accepted Standards
• Promote Gan Direct Assistance Services
• Coordinate the Task Force Team and Network Approved Associates
• Receive coaching and feedback to help you further develop your skills
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field will be considered an advantage
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to effectively perform under pressure
• Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse a complex situation and  filter complicate information
• Organisation and problem solving skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office:  Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Good judgement showing logical decision making, and a “hands on” approach
• Shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays
• Minimum 3 years of experience

Customer Service Advisors (Larnaca-Paralimni-Limassol-Nicosia-Paphos)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
• Receive industry-leading training
• Present, Promote and Sell Gan Direct products over the telephone and/or face to face
• Participate in outbound campaigns aiming to promote and sell company products
• Efficiently handle policy needs, inquires and complaints and ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one
• Assist our policyholders in understanding the coverage they have or may need and offer additional insurance products to them
• Perform customer verifications and ensure customer information is always correct and up-to-date
• Cash handling and banking
• Travel to other cities in Cyprus when and if required
• Receive coaching and feedback to help you further develop your skills
Requirements:
• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar
• Insurance qualification will be considered an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and sales
• Energetic, enthusiastic and driven by sales
• Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Meeting sales targets oriented
• Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office:  Word, Excel and Power Point)
