On behalf of our client, a global leader in their chosen field, we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic candidate for the position of Sales Supervisor, to be based at their headquarters in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitable growth of all customer segments for the country. This growth will be achieved through strategic sales planning and development in combination with the management and development of all employees with Sales responsibilities.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • People Management: To lead, motivate and empower staff through effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and teambuilding, in order to maximize customer satisfaction, business results and employee satisfaction
  • Coaching: Ongoing coaching, training support and guidance to Sales teams.
  • Process Management & Implementation: To deploy and monitor Sales processes, policies and procedures in order to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of internal and external customer expectations
  • Project Work: To contribute to the effective roll out of business unit projects, through contribution of professional expertise and leadership
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Graduate Degree (in any  Business related field)
  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales team management is a must
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets (personal & team)
  • Business to business selling skills
  • Communication capability at a senior/board level, both internally and externally
  • Recognized general and people management skills
  • International Supply Chain or Logistics industry experience is essential
  • Fluent use of written and spoken English & Greek
