We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager in the Real Estate Sector, to help us promote our property sales by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the management.
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with associates
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager of at least 4 years.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent sales and negotiations skills
- Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language
- Arabic or Russian language would be considered an advantage
- Pleasant personality
