Job Description

The Office Manager who will reporting to the Head of HR, will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests in the office;
  • Providing office support and clerical services;
  • Assisting in organizing meetings and conference telephone calls;
  • Taking minutes during meetings;
  • Scheduling all travel arrangements for the management;
  • Assisting management in creating and preparing presentations;
  • Answering and transferring all incoming and out-coming calls promptly and efficiently;
  • Answering public inquiries whenever possible;
  • Providing word processing support, typing confidential documents and summarizing reports for management as required;
  • Filing all relevant documents of the Administration Department;
  • Composing letters in response to management’s request;
  • Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies;
  • Entering daily bank deposits into excel;
  • Prioritizing various tasks and projects in collaboration with the management and completing them as necessary;
  • Keeping up to date with the general filing system and all daily correspondence;
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the Company’s facilities,
  • Performing other related tasks as requested;
