IQ Option: Customer service agent – Limassol
IQ Option is the international software developing company, our main product is the trading platform. For 3 years of the project, we reached a top 3 position of world leaders and managed to achieve a significant impact on the industry as a whole. Now the product is localised into 13 languages and presented in more than 100 countries. Due to our expansion we are now looking for the Multilingual Customer Service Executives.
Responsibilities of our future teammate:
- Consulting our clients with the effective platform usage;
- Searching and resolving all of the clients issues;
- Presentation of special offers and innovations on the platform;
- Collecting the feedback from customers;
- Correspondence with clients via e-mail.
We will be glad to meet you if you have:
- An experience of phone conversations;
- Developed presentation Skills;
- Psychological flexibility in dealing with different types of people;
- Natural literacy.
Your competitive advantage is:
- Experience in sales;
- The ability to handle objections;
- Experience in the use of trading platforms
