ECDDP Cyprus Ltd: Administrative Assistant – Nicosia

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manage office maintenance including administrative tasks (i.e scan, copy, phone calls)
  • Preparation of company’s corporate documents ( minutes, board resolutions, letters etc.);
  • Arranging for certification, apostil and legalization of documents;
  • Submitting documents to and obtaining from local authorities
  • Preparing envelopes and dispatching documents via local and international courier services;
  • Providing approval and opening client accounts in the Company systems upon reviewing the KYC documentation in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Collecting, filling, reviewing and approving KYC documents
  • Other ad hoc duties as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Working hour from Mon-Fri from 8.30-16.30
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in Administrative Assistant ( advantage)
  • Computer literate ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of accounting will be advantage
  • Ability to work well under pressure, organized and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates integrity, discretion, trustworthiness and reliability
  • English and Greek. Both fluent written and spoken. Polish will be an advantage
