ECONOMIDES KRANOS CHAMBERSFIELD is an international law firm with offices in Cyprus, U.K., Israel, Albania, Singapore and Bahrain.

Due to expansion of the Company’s work the firm wishes to hire with immediate effect a person for the

Office Administrator

position for its offices at Limassol.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone
  • Receive and/or direct calls
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Maintains the filing system
  • External tasks and assignments
  • Submitting documents to court and/or government authorities
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Office Manager and assist with other daily activities that may arise
  • Providing administrative support to Lawyers and Manager
  • Sort and distribute post accordingly

Required qualifications:

  • Diploma in office administrator or other relevant studies
  • Excellent command of English language (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • To be able to demonstrate problem solving ability
  • Time management, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Diploma in Greek and English typing
  • Previous experience in law office will be considered as advantage
  • Knowledge of accounting will be considered as an advantage

Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 13:00 15:00 – 18:00
