Stephanos Stephanou & Co Ltd: Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist – Nicosia

A long-standing and well established company within the developing industry is seeking to recruit a communicative, responsible and organized administrative Assistant-Secretary to join the team for Nicosia head office.  The selective candidate will possess experience in the related field and will be responsible for greeting visitors and performing basic administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answering phones and routing calls to colleagues
  2. Greeting visitors/clients warmly
  3. Scheduling meetings
  4. Arranging appointments
  5. Performing basic book keeping, filing and clerical works
  6. Keeping mail correspondence
  7. Provide assistance to the Real Estate Department

 

Skills and experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Study
  2. Outstanding several and written communication skills in English and in Greek languages
  3. Minimum 1 year related working experience
  4. Extremely proficient in outlook and Microsoft office
  5. Polite, communicative, organized, flexible and proactive
