Karmi Group: Bookkeeper/Office Administrator – Limassol

KARMI Group of Companies is looking to expand their team and hire an experienced person to be based in our Limassol office.

Main Duties:

  •  Prepare and process of accounting entries (Accounting Software)
  •  Banks, Clients & Suppliers accounts reconciliation
  •  Office organizing & Secreterial duties
  •  Payments
  •  Payroll assistant
  •  Clients communication
  •  E-mail replying

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Diploma in Accounting (LCC Intermediate or Higher)
  •  Bookkeeping accounting knowledge
  • At least 2 years experience
  •  ECDL (European Computer Driving License)
  •  Secreterial skills
  •  Knowledge of Greek and English written and spoken
  •  Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Internet
  •  Organised and methodical approach to working
  •  Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  •  Organized, diligent and able to pay attention to detail
  •  Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage

 

Remuneration:

  • Monday to Friday from 08:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00
  • Salary depending on qualifications (Starting from 870euro to 1.100euro Gross per month)
