Karmi Group: Bookkeeper/Office Administrator – Limassol
KARMI Group of Companies is looking to expand their team and hire an experienced person to be based in our Limassol office.
Main Duties:
- Prepare and process of accounting entries (Accounting Software)
- Banks, Clients & Suppliers accounts reconciliation
- Office organizing & Secreterial duties
- Payments
- Payroll assistant
- Clients communication
- E-mail replying
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Diploma in Accounting (LCC Intermediate or Higher)
- Bookkeeping accounting knowledge
- At least 2 years experience
- ECDL (European Computer Driving License)
- Secreterial skills
- Knowledge of Greek and English written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Internet
- Organised and methodical approach to working
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Organized, diligent and able to pay attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
Remuneration:
- Monday to Friday from 08:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00
- Salary depending on qualifications (Starting from 870euro to 1.100euro Gross per month)
