This position focuses on digital/social marketing, customer relationship development and administrative duties
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 14:00 – 21:00 and Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00
Remuneration package: 800 Euros plus commission scheme

We are seeking a young, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the development of our organisation.
You will interact with our customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding our services. You will actively deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face to help generate sales leads.
You will as the first point of contact on that front desk to greet clients on a daily basis and should be proficient in professionally dealing with customers face-to-face and on the telephone.
You will be involved in the administration and smooth-running of DIKTYO HUB spaces.
One of your main responsibilities will be the development, implementation, tracking and optimisation of our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
What we require from you
· Social Media Marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram
· Managing the customer contact database and assisting with lead generation activities
· Provide information and making presentations to promote our services
· Greet customers warmly and ascertain
· Making appointments to meet new and existing customers
· Excellent oral and written communication skills (both in English and in Greek language)
· Passion for learning
