We seek to recruit at our headquarters a high calibre individual for the following position:
• University degree preferably in relevant subject is preferable
• Fluency in English and Greek is a must
• Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of corporate administration will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills
Description of responsibilities:
• Review and monitor KYC processes
• Preparation, review and execution of various secretarial services/documents of the Companies
• Executing corporate changes
• Liaising with other departments to ensure timely statutory filings of client portfolio.
• Undertake general office administration tasks
• Manage correspondence and filing
