Primetel: Receptionist – Limassol

Responsibilities

    • Act as the first point of contact for the Company visitors and for colleagues
    • Provide administrative support to colleagues with regards to organizing meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
    • Provide support to the HR team with regards to HR administration
    • Coordinate the mail & packages delivery
    • Ensure that entry security standards are being followed by all visitors and colleagues

Requirements:

      • Excellent customer orientation, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, are a must
      • Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language, with very good translation skills – this is a mandatory requirement
      • Associate Diploma in Secretarial Studies or in any other related field is a plus
      • Very good computer skills (MS Office)
      • Ability to prioritize and to deliver under time pressure
