Primetel: Receptionist – Limassol
- Act as the first point of contact for the Company visitors and for colleagues
- Provide administrative support to colleagues with regards to organizing meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
- Provide support to the HR team with regards to HR administration
- Coordinate the mail & packages delivery
- Ensure that entry security standards are being followed by all visitors and colleagues
- Excellent customer orientation, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, are a must
- Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language, with very good translation skills – this is a mandatory requirement
- Associate Diploma in Secretarial Studies or in any other related field is a plus
- Very good computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to prioritize and to deliver under time pressure
