Optionrally is a world-leading, regulated binary options brokerage providing top-tier investment services to clients worldwide. Due to the expansion of our services we seek to recruit a high calibre individual for the Account Manager position who can add value to the existing team.

 

Job Description

The Account Manager, who will reporting to the Head of Sales, will be responsible for:

  • Building, developing and maintaining professional business relationship with clients via phone, chat and emails;
  • Handling leads generated and then contacting these prospective clients and selling Optionrally’s Binary Services;
  • Providing information regarding the Company’s platforms and other services offered;
  • Assisting clients who wish to open or manage an Optionrally trading account;
  • Identifying business development opportunities for the Company;
  • Assisting clients with any platform/financial trading related queries;
  • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals/targets set by the Head of Sales;
  • Demonstrating the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, building trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the client, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity;
  • Informing all existing and potential clients of any new products and promotions that the Company is offering;
  • Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet Company’s core values;
  • Providing quality and efficient live support to existing and potential clients;
  • Maintaining high volume of client contact via phone, chat and email;
  • Providing ongoing professional guidance to existing and new clients.

 

 

Key Attributes

  • Relevant sales experience in the Binary Options or/ and Forex Industry would be considered as an advantage
  • Highly competitive nature, with a desire for fast career progression;
  • Money driven, enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated with strong sales skills
  • Self-confidence and hunger for success
  • Customer support oriented
  • Excellent communication/organisational and time management skills

Job Description

The German Speaking Retention Agent, will be responsible for:

  • Managing on-going professional business relationship with clients via phone, chat and emails;
  • Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends;
  • Providing training to clients on the use of the Company’s products (including webinars);
  • Maintaining high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation;
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication;
  • Assisting clients with any platform/financial trading related queries;
  • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly retention targets set by the Head of Sales;
  • Supporting Account Managers to maximize the potential of new accounts
  • Demonstrating the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, building trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the client, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity;
  • Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet Company’s core values;
  • Providing ongoing professional guidance to existing and new clients;
  • Responsible for the highest level of service in every touch point with the client.

 

 

Key Attributes

  • Relevant experience in client retention in the Binary Options or/ and Forex Industry
  • Holder of CySEC Basic and Advance Certificate
  • BA/MSc degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management
  • Highly competitive nature, with a desire for fast career progression
  • Money driven, enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated with strong sales skills
  • Self-confidence and hunger for success
  • Customer support oriented
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts/longer hours as and when required
  • Deliver exceptional results and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
