Bybloserve Management Ltd: Corporate Administrator – Larnaca
Bybloserve Management Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Administrator to join a well-established company in the field of corporate management based in Larnaca.
Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, this role will provide confidential administrative support to a team of Managers and work closely as part of a team of administrators. Your duties will include:
- Perform daily tasks
- Issue & submit invoices
- Conducting due diligence on Clients
- Opening Bank Accounts
- Daily communication with clients
- Complex diary management
- Preparing documents using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Input data and run reports from the database system
- Providing support at meetings including taking minutes where required
- Other ad hoc administration duties such as project support
To be considered for this role you will be a dynamic, positive self-starter who is able to autonomously and keep the daily operations of the office running smoothly. This role requires at least an intermediate to advanced MS Office suite set and previous experience would be highly regarded.
