TNT Express Cyprus Ltd: Billing Clerk – Nicosia
We are seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals for our Cyprus subsidiary company, in the following position:
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
BILLING CLERK –Temporary placement 6 months
(Based in Nicosia)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To ensure that clean invoices are issued and received by our clients in a timely, accurate and effective way.
- Resolution of disputes / inquiries to facilitate payments from customers
- Communication with internal departments as required in order to maintain an accurate position on customers’ accounts
- Maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure customer retention
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required.
The preferred candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Be fluent in Greek and English
- Typing skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Able to work in a demanding and achievement oriented environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Excellent team spirit
- Very good communication, planning and organizing skills
- PC skills (MS Office applications)
