IDC Global Services Ltd is seeking to recruit English Account Managers to join our team in Limassol.
- Be responsible for clients satisfaction, representing client needs and goals within the company to ensure high quality interaction;
- Build relationships with existing clients and encourage new by providing excellent customer service;
- Communicate on a daily basis with clients & potential clients to achieve or exceed monthly targets;
- Identify business opportunities, potential clients and negotiate in order to create profitable account;
- Organize and handle pre-sales objectives to enhance sales;
- Understand the trading market conditions on a daily basis in order to maximise all sales opportunities to achieve the highest deposit obtainable;
- Recognize AML and KYC procedures.
- Previous experience in Financial industry – Sales Department;
- Fluent speaker of English language. British accent will be considered as an advantage;
- Computer literate;
- Self-motivated and target-oriented;
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
