Customer Service Advisor (Limassol)

Where will you fit in?

 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Presenting, Promoting and Selling Gan Direct products face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Perform customer verifications and ensure customer information is always correct and up-to-date
  • Cash handling and banking
  • Willing to travel to other cities in Cyprus when and if required
  • Continuous learning by participating in training on a regular basis to ensure knowledge on products and procedures is always up-to-date

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications or similar
  • Insurance qualification will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and driven by sales
  • Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Meeting sales targets oriented
  • Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office:Word, Excel and Power Point)
