TopFX: Back Office Administrator – Limassol
TopFX is an EU Investment Firm, specialising in Asset Management and Prime Brokerage Services. We are seeking to employ a motivated individual to assume the role of Back Office Administrator
- Perform ‘Know Your Client’ (KYC) verification and documentation collection procedures for potential clients.
- Processing daily transactions and reconciliations.
- Processing deposits and withdrawal of client funds.
- Producing reports with regards to company’s income from commissions, mark-ups and other.
- All administrative functions to support the customer’s transactions.
- Regular update of inventory and customer files. various payment providers offered by the Company.
- Process account opening.
- University/ College Degree in Finance/ Economics or related field.
- Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Prior experience working in the Back Office within FX or Financial Services, is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of the Mandarin language will be considered an advantage.
- Basic Accounting skills will be preferable.
- Able to manage a team of employees and deputise in the absence of the department Head.
- Organized, diligent and able to pay attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritise and perform under pressure.
