TopFX: Back Office Administrator – Limassol

Description

TopFX is an EU Investment Firm, specialising in Asset Management and Prime Brokerage Services. We are seeking to employ a motivated individual to assume the role of Back Office Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Perform ‘Know Your Client’ (KYC) verification and documentation collection procedures for potential clients.
  • Processing daily transactions and reconciliations.
  • Processing deposits and withdrawal of client funds.
  • Producing reports with regards to company’s income from commissions, mark-ups and other.
  • All administrative functions to support the customer’s transactions.
  • Regular update of inventory and customer files. various payment providers offered by the Company.
  • Process account opening.

Requirements

  • University/ College Degree in Finance/ Economics or related field.
  • Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Prior experience working in the Back Office within FX or Financial Services, is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of the Mandarin language will be considered an advantage.
  • Basic Accounting skills will be preferable.
  • Able to manage a team of employees and deputise in the absence of the department Head.
  • Organized, diligent and able to pay attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritise and perform under pressure.
