1.  Customer Service Representative – Limassol

PrimeTel PLC is looking to recruit a full time Customer Service Representative in Limassol area.

City: Limassol

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner
  • Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; provide guidance to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs
  • Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Customer Service department

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service position
  • Educated to a degree level
  • Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
  • Understands technical or professional aspects of work
  • Ability to deliver under time pressure.
