for our stores located in Cyprus.
Management of the store’s daily administrative tasks
Ensures availability of merchandise; maintaining inventories
Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
Adhering to head-office requirements and policies
Leading staff in meeting sales targets
Building an ethos of customer service and superior service providing
Dealing with customer queries and requests in a timely professional manner
Building a rapport with customers and service providers
Required qualities of candidates:
1 Year’s experience in management position within retail
Must be, above all, an independent and self motivated professional
Strong leadership skills in order to motivate and guide staff to perform to the best of their abilities
Strong sales skills with the desire to make sales in order to ensure the success of the store and to meet targets
Possess a culture of learning in order to improve both their own skills as well as the overall performance of the store
Friendly and approachable
Always willing to assist both customers and employees
Be an ambassador for the brand
Set an example for employees
Fluent and well spoken in English, basic knowledge of Greek and an additional language is beneficial.
Basic salary plus commission made on store’s performance as well as individual commission, plus performance bonus and other benefits.
