After Sales Administrator

 

Responsibilities:
Carrying out administrator responsibilities
Ensuring customer after sale issues are resolved quickly
Updating and monitoring new information in the system
Developing programs to attain maximum customer satisfaction
Interact with the company’s specialists in the framework of the project team, including lawyers, accountants, technical experts and others.
Preparation of the necessary reporting to company management.

 

Requirements:
construction and / or economic education.
Experience in after sales operations will be considerate as advantage.
Strong computer user – MS Office
Work permit for Cyprus
