Gan Direct Isnurance: Client Service Executive – Limassol
As a Client Service Executive, you will:
- Arrange meetings with calibre clients and identify their needs
- Exclusive customers servicing at all levels regarding their insurance packages (issuing policies, organizing delivery of policies and handle any claims)
- Handle any report preparation and record keeping
- Visits to exclusive clients
- General clerical support, diary management and handling of correspondence.
- Undertaking other miscellaneous tasks as required
- Degree in Business Administration, Management or MBA
- At least 5 years’ experience providing support at high level (Senior Managers and/or Boards) or relevant experience with calibre clients customers
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Multi lingua (English, Greek and preferably Russian) computer literate, organized
- Fast, effective and dynamic personality
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Deliver all duties to a high standard and on time to ensure effective support
- Visits to clients
