Office Administrator – Job Description:
A CySEC licensed FX firm in Limassol, Cyprus is looking to hire an Office Admin.
Responsibilities:

  • Reception: receiving guests, clients and suppliers and directing them accordingly
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and forwarding them accordingly
  • Responsible for the overall needs of the office
  • Personally assisting the Managing Director
  • Bookkeeping
  • Maintain employees’ files
  • Generate reports regarding various aspects of office operations
  • Coordinating company events, booking flights/hotels, etc.
  • Be the face of the company


Qualifications:

  • IT savvy
  • Good accounting background (working experience in field is preferred)
  • Experience in office administration/secretarial work (highly desirable)
  • English language skills should be impeccable
  • Knowledge of Greek and English

Additional Requirements:

  • Internet research abilities and strong communication skills
  • Presentable looks (kindly attach a picture with your application)
  • Driving license
