Job responsibilities, duties & work activities:

  • Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Respond to customers via phone and provide general support to visitors.
  • Organization of the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
  • Managing and ensuring filing systems are maintained and up to date.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets and databases.
