Requirements: Russian, English & Greek speaking Office Manager
Job responsibilities, duties & work activities:
- Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
- Respond to customers via phone and provide general support to visitors.
- Organization of the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Managing and ensuring filing systems are maintained and up to date.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets and databases.
