Flexi Cosnultants (Cyprus) Ltd: Junior Administrator / Receptionist – Λευκωσία

Key Duties:

  • Providing general office support with a variety of administration duties
  • Answering telephones and directing the calls to appropriate associates as well as taking messages for various personnel.
  • Reviewing emails, handling and directing to appropriate associates
  • Preparation of letters
  • Assisting with other related duties such as collecting post, scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing.
  • Communicating with banks with regards to clients affairs.

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Degree in Administration or Secretarial Diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek (written and oral)
  • Experience in Excel and Word
  • Experience in Outlook
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Reliable and taking initiatives
  • Experience will be considered additional qualification

 

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates according to qualifications and experience.

The package includes 13th Salary, Bonuses according to progress, casual Fridays (with afternoon off) and extensive participation in quality internal and external training programs.

 

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 13:30 & 14:00 – 17:30

Friday: 08:30 – 14:30
