Customer Service Advisor (Paralimni)

Where will you fit in?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Presenting, Promoting and Selling Gan Direct products face-to-face and over the telephone
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform customer verifications and ensure customer information is always correct and up-to-date
- Cash handling and banking
- Willing to travel to other cities in Cyprus when and if required
- Continuous learning by participating in training on a regular basis to ensure knowledge on products and procedures is always up-to-date
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications or similar
- Insurance qualification will be considered an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and sales
- Energetic, enthusiastic and driven by sales
- Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Meeting sales targets oriented
- Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office:Word, Excel and Power Point)
