Primetel: Technical Support Operator – Call center – Limassol
PrimeTel PLC is looking to recruit part-time Call Center Representatives for the Technical Support Division.
- Act as an interface between the customers and the company by attending to their queries and handling customer complaints
- Troubleshoot and solve customers’ technical related issues
- Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; provide guidance to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs
- Responsible to handle information and billing inquiries
- Educated to a degree level. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or other technical area is preferable, however any other educational level or field is acceptable
- Experience in a service environment
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of computer and internet applications
- Ability to work in a complex and high demanding environment
- Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek & English language
- Availability to work in shifts (08.00-24:00), including weekends and public holidays
