Chesterfield Management Ltd: New Vacancies – Limassol

1.  Corporate Administrator/Lawyer and – Limassol

Our Limassol based Management office is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Administrator/Lawyer. The Ideal candidate should have an excellent command of spoken/written English and Greek with at least 2 years of experience in the management of offshore companies and trusts.

Key Duties:
  • Handling a portfolio of clients on a daily basis and dealing with their corporate administration affairs
  • Preparing corporate documents including minutes, resolutions, agreements, trust deeds, declarations of trusts and related trust documents
  • Preparing and filing documents at the Registrar of companies in many jurisdictions
  • Opening bank accounts on behalf of our clients and liaison with various banks to meet customer needs
  • Managing relationships and consulting with and coordinating advice from other third party professionals including lawyers and banks
  • Ensuring compliance with AML legislation and carrying out due diligence on clients
  • Have direct communication with clients and attend meetings

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years post qualification experience, including practical experience in Corporate/Trust matters
  • Highly motivated,  ability to use own initiative, work under pressure,  prioritize and work independently
  • Very strong administrative skills and time management skills
  • Very good knowledge of windows applications software: MS office, Word, Excel
  • Must be fluent in English (written and oral)

2.  Junior Administrator/Receptionist – Limassol

Our Limassol based Management office is seeking to recruit an experienced Junior Administrator/Receptionist.

The Ideal candidate should have an excellent command of spoken/written English and Greek with at least 2 years of experience.

 

Key Duties:

  • Providing general office support with a variety of administrative duties
  • Answering telephones and directing the calls to appropriate associates as well as taking messages for various personnel
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company as well as making drinks for guests and directors when required
  • Ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Assisting with other related duties such as collecting post, scanning, photocopying, faxing, filling, archiving and collating.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • Assist with basic HR tasks

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Degree in administration or secretarial diploma
  • At least 2  years post qualification experience, including practical experience in Receptionist Duties, preferably in corporate services sector
  • Highly motivated,  ability to use own initiative, work under pressure,  prioritize and work independently
  • Very good knowledge of windows applications software: MS office, Word, Excel
  • Must be fluent in English and Greek (written and oral)
