BACK OFFICE OFFICER – Job Description
A CySEC licensed FX firm in Limassol, Cyprus is looking to hire a Back Office Officer.
Duties/Responsibilites:

  • Review of Clients’ documents and approval of new live account applications into the Company’s system
  • Assisting the Customer Support Department in dealing with clients’ requests
  • Updating Clients’ accounts into the Company’s system
  • Ensure that all necessary information and documents are collected and all the Company’s records are updated
  • Preparing KYC and related procedures
  • Performing online compliance check-up and ongoing monitoring of clients in order to minimize fraud attempts
  • Creating monetary transactions including deposits and withdrawals
  • Managing online merchant accounts
  • Preparing various reports

Qualifications/Skills:

  • University / College degree in Finance, Business related field or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel
  • Fluent in English – other languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of the FX market and AML procedures will be considered as an advantage
  • Attentive to details, multi-tasking, able to perform an intensive highly responsible job quickly and accurately
  • Customer Service orientation
  • Computer literate
