Retal Cyprus Ltd: Bookkeeper – Limassol

Position:  Accounts Assistant -Bookkeeper

Location: Limassol

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintains records of Financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions
  2. Receives, approves, and, when necessary, investigates client’s accounts payable invoices.
  3. Communicates (both in verbal and written form) with clients and suppliers local and international.
  4. End to end processing of company’s payroll.
  5. Prosessing sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts and payments.
  6. Enter and check the inventory monthly with actual.
  7. Prepare and submit Vat Returns.
  8. Preparation Reporting for the management team of the Group.
  9. Dealing with Petty Cash and Banks. Prepare Bank and Cash Reconciliations monthly.
  10. Prepare the monthly budget on the Group Program.
  11. Dealing with Financial paperwork and filling.


  1. University / college graduate degree in Finance and /or Accounting.
  2. 2-3 years of experience is a must.
  3. Must be able to perform data input activities quickly and accurately.
  4. Must have very good analytical skills and time management skills.
  5. Familiar using accounting software is a must (preferably E-soft).
  6. Excellent communicator with team leading skills.
  7. Excellent organizational skills
  8. Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
  9. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, espacially Excel.
