1.  Chief Operating Officer – Limassol

Purpose of the Job

Oversees the operations of the Back Office, Clients Accounting and Institutional Operations Departments. Oversees and improve all operational systems, processes and controls in order to support better the management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organisational planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and improve all operational systems, processes and controls in order to support better the management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organisational planning
  • Establish, implement and oversee organisational and departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board and management members, and staff members as necessary.
  • Reviews the back office activities in order to ensure that all accounts are created and activated accurately following the Know your Clients procedure and Due Diligence checks
  • Ensures the prompt, professional and efficient service to existing and potential clients
  • Reviews the customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity
  • Develops, maintains and enhances relationships with Institutional partners affiliates and IB’s, ensuring excellent standard of service
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness of all relevant operations and support services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Ensure that the responsibilities of staff are accomplished to achieve business objectives proper. Provide training and support to all subordinates
  • Supervises and monitors job results of the Operations team

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • 7 – 10 years of experience in a similar position or as an Organization and Methods Manager
  • Proven experience in People management
  • University degree in a business related field or equivalent
  • Masters Degree in business related field or Organisational Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English
  • Skills Required: Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving, Planning and Organising, Decision-making, Influencing, Leadership skills, Delegation, Time Management

2.  Back Office Operator – Limassol

Purpose of the Job

Processes applications for the opening of clients’ accounts, enusres the validitidy of the documentation provided by clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processes applications for the opening of new client’s accounts into the Company’s software
  • Amends existing Client Accounts (i.e. Valid Documents, updated information)
  • Updates client’s accounts (e.g. leverage, profile etc.) into the Company’s software
  • Processes Power of attorney’s sent by clients
  • Provides information to Clients and prospects regarding the Company and guiding them on how to open an account
  • Implements strong Know Your Client procedure to all potential and existing Clients,
  • Validates provided documentation with an independent third party electronic verification provider (e.g. World Check, etc)
  • Ensures that all necessary documentation are collected and update the Company’s software about the collection of these documents
  • Keeps client records (i.e. agreements, ID documents, investor questionnaire, Know Your Client information) in electronic form
  • Liaises with the Head of Back office for any queried issues

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • University/College dregree in Economics, Finance, business related field or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Knowledge of the FX market and AML procedures will be consifered as an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Skills Required: Multi-tasking, Interpersonal skills, Problem Analysis and problem-solving, Customer Service Orientation, Adaptability, Organizing and Time Management Skills, Computer Literated, Team Spirit

Employment Status:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday on the following shifts: 3 days 09:00 – 18:00, 1 day 08:00 – 17:00, 1 day 13:00 – 21:00.
  • 1 Sunday on a rotation basis

3.Customer Support Operator – Limassol

Company
FxPro Financial Services Ltd is a leading provider of foreign exchange trading services. Due to the expansion of our services we seek to recruit a Customer Support Operator who can add value to the existing team.

Job Description

Interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Provide technical support by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems; resolving customer complaints.
  • Delivers service and support to customers through live chats, emails and phone calls
  • Provides answers to customers by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding customer through corrective steps
  • Handles and resolve customer complaints
  • Provides information to customers in regards to Company’s services and assist/guide new customers to open an account
  • Provides quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to System/technical troubleshooting, Login/Account issues, Accounting (deposits and withdrawals) and overall trading
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
  • Inform customer about internal regulations, AML and other procedures of the Company
  • Forwards any issues or requests to the Customer Support Manager and/or the appropriate department. Follow up on the progress of the response to the customer
  • Educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts
  • Acts as a back-up of Back Office and Clients Accounting Department during night shifts
  • Updates Customer records when necessary
  • Collects customer information, updates and follows up on the clients list e.g. request on new products and services
  • Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Key Attributes

  • University/College dregree in Economics, Finance, business related field or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Knowledge of the FX market and AML procedures will be consifered as an advantage

4.  Clients Accounting Operator – Limassol

Purpose of the Job

Processes all clients’ deposits and withrawls; Identify potentially unusual, suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process of all client deposits and withdrawals as per the internal manuals of the department
  • Ensure that deposits, withdrawals and transactions pending are organized in order of priority, most often by time received, and process in as short a time as possible
  • Respond to client emails as assigned to them
  • Inform clients by email when additional information/documentation is required for processing a pending transaction
  • Ensure sufficient familiarity and expertise with all payment methods to act as cover for other assistants
  • Refer any complex issues to the Supervisor,
  • Identify potentially unusual, suspicious or fraudulent transactions and refer these to the Supervisor, Head of Clients Accounts or Compliance if required
  • Updates the client accounting operation manuals as necessary with any changes to procedure as they occur

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • University/College dregree in Economics, Finance, business related field or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
