1.  Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible to plan, direct and coordinate company’s operations ensuring and improving their performance, efficiency and profitability through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Supervise the everyday operations of the organization, ensuring that all procedures are adhered by staff members and high standards of quality service are maintained.
•    Define and follow operational pipeline for planning purposes
•    Analyze, recommend and enforce improvements in the present processes, policies and systems which lead to lowering costs and/or improving service.
•    Establish effective communication with clients, deal with problems that may arise and ensure customer satisfaction at the operational level
•    Analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) and produce reports
•    Assess the impact of tactical decisions on the customer and the company
•    Coordinate training of operations teams on processes and systems on an on-going basis and perform regular performance reviews, assisting and guiding them in developing themselves and their teams

 

Skills and Requirements for the Position: 

•    Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement. Education in logistics, business or engineering is considered as strong advantage.
•    6 years of relevant experience is preferred
•    Strong organizational and planning skills.
•    Management skills, including ability to lead and motivate people
•    Ability to implement strategic plans, apply decisions and think in broad terms
•    Ability to perform time studies to find the balance between workload and staffing, achieve the most efficient and effective production workflow/process.
•    Excellent written, oral and formal presentation skills.
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment.
•    Strong systems and reporting skills

2.Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will improve company’s market position and achieve financial growth by building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Main responsibilities:

•    Develop, coordinate and implement the sales and marketing plan to achieve company’s strategic goals and business growth
•    Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure business growth targets are successfully achieved
•    Identify new opportunities for Sale or Marketing campaigns
•    Analyse and plan innovating selling strategies and follow marketing trends
•    Provide support and feedback to Management with a view to introduce innovative products or services in the future.
•    Develop and run monthly sales reports using company’s CRM database

Skills and Requirements for the Position:

•    Bachelor’s Degree is a minimum requirement
•    At least 7 years work experience with minimum 5 years of sales experience in the services industry
•    Proven track record in new business development against set sales targets
•    Consultative sales manner and ability to understand clients’ needs and expectations
•    Written and verbal fluency in both Greek and English language
•    Attention to detail
•    Excellent selling, presentation and communication skills
•    Experience in preparation of tender submissions for the public sector is considered as strong advantage
•    Previous experience in managing Business Development Team (Service sector) will be considered as advantage

3.  Security and Maintenance Officer

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation and improvement of company’s asset maintenance and security.

 

Main Responsibilities:

•    Oversee the network of vendors who perform the maintenance of company’s assets and the physical safety of company’s facilities and ensure these are delivered on time and according to the required quality.
•    Perform physical protection tasks which include but are not limited to, asset protection, access control systems, video surveillance.
•    Work with other executives to prioritize security  and maintenance initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management and budgets.
•    Work with compliance officer to manage the development and implementation of maintenance and security policy, standards, and procedures.
•    Work with consultants/clients as appropriate for independent security audits.
•    Suggest ways to improve existing operating practices, e.g. increase energy efficiency.
•    Maintain relationships with related government agencies

Skills and Requirements for the position:

•    Minimum of 5 years working experience. Relevant experience will be considered as advantage
•    Good technical and technological understanding
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

4.   Client Support Operator

The successful candidate will be working under direct supervision and will interact with customers and colleagues to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about company’s services, following company’s quality management procedures and policies.

Main Responsibilities:
•    Handle client general queries, complains and correspondence (both verbal and written)
•    Maintain and update client records and database using company’s tailor made software
•    Establish communication with other departments regarding client requests ensuring accurate information is communicated and documented
•    Identify and suggest possible ways to improve current client servicing and procedures
•    Generally assist with other duties assigned as and when required

•    Effectively allocate and manage department resources according to changing needs
•    Liaise with other departments and associates for the smooth running of the department

Fileminders Ltd, is seeking to employ a number of Data Entry/Document Imaging Clerks in Nicosia and Limassol. Employment terms will be according to company’s needs, i.e. could be fixed term contract, hourly-paid contract or project-based contract.

 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure accurate and quick data entry from source documents into company’s or client’s database by recording alphabetic and numeric information following company’s quality and compliance procedures.
  • Responsible for document preparation, scanning, and indexing of documents to accurately file in the electronic record.

 

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the whole sales cycle, driving new business from prospective customer accounts and achieving revenue goals.

Main Responsibilities:
