We are Yumbles a fast growing internet start-up based in the UK for the UK but with an operational office just opened in Nicosia.
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic people to join our fast growing start-up and help us deliver show stopping customer service.
Typical activities include:
- answering customer support calls and emails (mostly emails)
- setting up new seller e-shops – creating product pages, making sure the products are presented well and accurately
- helping manage the product catalogue on Yumbles by categorising products into new seasonal collections
- helping research and build lead lists for new potential sellers for our marketplace
You must be:
- fluent in English. Written and spoken. Preferably you have lived and worked/ studied in the UK so that you understand cultural (and geographical) references when dealing with customers.
- super efficient. You live and breath working efficiently and methodically (we have alot to do!)
- a hard worker, ambitious and want to be part of building a successful internet business. You want a role where you make a difference not just “clock in and clock out”.
- meticulous with strong attention to detail
- excellent at customer service – you are confident and enthusiastic about helping people by phone and email.
- a foodie.
