On behalf of our client, we are seeking to hire a

 

 

Personal Assistant – Nicosia

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing business and administrative support to the Manager
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments

 

Qualifications required:

  • Holder of bachelor’s degree
  • Experience as Personal Assistant (beneficial)
  • Excellent English speaker
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms Office
  • Strong administration and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
