Job description: Professional newly established international organization seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Back office assistant to join their team in Nicosia.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Providing assistance to the Head of Back Office; Recording of clients’ information into the company’s operating systems; Maintenance of client files and record keeping; General secretarial\office administrator duties

Qualifications required: Candidate Profile: Degree in Finance\Economics\Accounting\Business Administration Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Extended knowledge of MS Office Package Fluent in both oral and written English and Russian.
