We are currently seeking an outgoing and experienced Administrator to join our Marketing Company in London. The role will be to provide recruitment support to the Managing Director along with basic administration tasks.
Some of the tasks will be:
• General reception duties – meet and greet appointments
• Managing recruitment enquiries via phone and emails
• Assisting in placing recruitment advertisements
• Organising contracts for new starters using the company contracts template
• Various associated administration tasks
